1. Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with tags attached and packaging intact.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Subscription boxes

  • Earrings and other hygienic products

3. Initiating a Return

  • We will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).


4. Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit once we receive and inspect the item.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.

  • If an item arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.


5. Exchanges
