Hey friend! We want you to absolutely love everything you get from Whisper and Coral. But we understand that sometimes things don’t work out—and that’s okay! Here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.
Return Window
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached and packaging intact.
Items Not Eligible for Return
To keep things fair and hygienic for everyone, we do not accept returns on:
- Custom or personalized items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Subscription boxes
- Earrings and other hygienic products
- Used or worn items
- Digital downloads or services
How to Start a Return
- Email us at hannah@whisperandcoral.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll respond within 2-3 business days with instructions.
- You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (like a damaged or incorrect item).
Refunds + Processing
- Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment or store credit once we receive and inspect the item.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
- If an item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges if the requested item is in stock. If not, we’ll issue store credit or a refund. Please email us to check availability before sending anything back.
